Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient’s mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapy helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness. During the process, our experienced physiotherapists will get you involved in your own recovery.
Massage therapy is hands-on treatment that involves manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body including muscle, skin, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments, and membranes. People use massage therapy for a variety of health-related purposes, including to relieve pain, rehabilitate sports injuries, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address anxiety and depression, and aid general wellness.
Our experienced Registered Massage Therapists provide treatment that will accelerate recovery and improve physical function following an injury.

However, we suggest you check the details of your extended health benefits as some plans may require a physician’s referral in order to get treatment costs reimbursed.

At your first visit, your physiotherapist will conduct an interview and a thorough diagnosis. Once a diagnosis has been made, your practitioner will explain the treatment plan and get started with your treatment.
Some conditions can see a full resolution in as few as one to two appointments, but most treatment plans require four to six appointments depending on the condition. Your Practitioner will detail your treatment plan after the diagnosis on your first appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you have been unable to make your appointment more than once or twice, a cancellation fee will apply.
